For this technique you need a good sublimation machine which costs you not more than 16,000 rs . Which is easily keep on table If you are printing on a polyster t shirt then take a print out of your design on a transparent paper then place it on your shirt and heat it with 345 degree in a sublimation machine for 30 seconds your t shirt will be ready. If you are printing on a cotton t shirt then you have to take a printout of your design in tracing paper and you have to cut it via plotter . And heat it First you have to take a print out of your design then you have to place it on your emulsion coated frame and expose it for a tube light for 2 minutes then was the frame , the frame will become hard and the rest will vanish , now put the color and squeeze it on your t shirt
As you know, sublimation can’t print in white color but with HTV you can also print white color in colored CVC fabric. I think there are two types of heat transfer paper available on the market, one specifically made for dark color which has a white backing. When a design is printed, all white areas are area with no ink, so if the transfer paper is transparent, those area will show as transparent once transferred to the t-shirt. This is why there is a variant of that transfer paper that is white so that those unprinted areas will show as white once transferred to a dar colored t-shirt. Although sublimation will work on CVC fabric it’s not a recommended method. Use the HTV Printing method to get bright colors on CVC fabric. HTV is very much the same as sublimation printing. The only difference is that it includes an extra layer of vinyl which sticks to the fabric on heating.
