Yes, of course, stress is always a trigger, at least for me as well as any time I change my normal diet in any way. That can include eating more or less protein, more or fewer carbs, and even alcohol, which I know will trigger. I try to avoid alcohol completely for that reason. My body also is triggered by physical illnesses like the two bouts with Covid I had, as well as colds, viruses, and any type of infections (bladder, kidney, sinus, yeast, or similar).
